Thank You Cards - Simple BUT Overlooked

Masters of selling like Tom Hopkins, Harvey Mackay, and Joe Girard built their career on showing appreciation by sending thank you cards and notes. Tom Hopkins made it a priority to send at least 10 thank you notes a day when he began his sales career. At the conclusion of his third year in sales, his business was 100% referrals!

The name of the game to get referrals is to build on “Relationships”. Most people don’t thrive because they lose touch with their clients and take their business for granted. By simply sending out thank you notes, birthday cards, holiday cards, or even an unexpected card, you will be light years ahead of your competition. You can separate yourself from your competition and show your customers and prospects that you care. This builds on customer loyalty so you will get repeat business and referrals from people that are impressed enough to relay the positive message about you to their circle of influence.
